Every child or person has an ocean of inner strengths. The proportion of these strengths vary from person to person. But the only need is to develop these strengths and to develop this power it is necessary that proper environment, guidance and encouragement should be provided as required. If a child gets all these in correct proportion then his hidden talents develop.
A child or a person has variety of arts. For eg.: A musician has an art of mush and a dancer has an art to dance.
If we went to know the child possesses which talent? And if we want answer to this question then from childhood we should encourage a child to participate in various competitions and analyses from various results and understand his area of expertise.
In school various completions are organized. The main aim behind this is that the child can develop expertise in the field of his choice.

The man aim of competition is to recognize the hidden talents, to develop them more and to lead it towards the direction of success.
